It was 5:30 on Monday morning when Marielle woke up. Groaning, she tossed aside her blanket and slammed her hand down on her sketch book, thinking that the alarmclock was there.   
It was only after she sat up, wearily cursing as she rubbed her stinging hand, that her biological clock unfortunatley did not have a snooze button and that her sketch book had a really hard cover.   
"Geh...hate Mondays...they're the worst..." she muttered, hating the fact that her body was trained to wake up for school at the wee hours of the morning.

Just by reading the title, you guys are probably thinking...

"Oh shit. She on another rant again."

And here's my answer.

"HELL YEAH!"

So, it all started with SSR. My drunk Pre-AP English I teacher laid down the strict guidlines of picking out an SSR book (college-bound or classic), and I, somehow, landed myself in a pit with The Counte of Monte Cristo.

Was it a good book?

Yes, if you live in the frikkin' 16th fucking century. I ditched it after a little more than 73 pages.

What does this have to do with Jane Austen's wonderful Pride and Prejudice?

Well my friend, this is what happened.

I had bought Pride and Prejudice a few years ago, on impulse, at B&N and never got around to reading it until...well...a month ago. Since the Counte was extremely disagreeable to my taste, I picked the book again and started reading.

And reading.

And couldn't stop reading until I finished it.

And then I started all over again. >w< ~(<3)

Just a few minutes ago, I finished watching the 2003 Pride and Prejudice (and you can probably tell, I am going to watch it again.) And all I'm thinking is...

"I love this movie...Keira Knightley looks so pretty...is that Orlando Bloom?...who's that guy? Jeez, he's annoying (Mr.Collins)...Omigawd, Mr. Darcy...FRICK! MR. DARCY LOOKS LIKE~~~~~~~(name censored to prevent further embarassment of the author and the censored.)

I SWEAR HE'S GONNA LOOK LIKE MR. DARCY WHEN HE GET'S OLDER! THEY'RE SO ALIKE, IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY ANYMORE! IN FACT, IT'S BORDERING THE CREEPY SIDE RIGHT NOW!!!!! SERIOUSLY! THEY'RE REALLY ALIKE!!!! *SPAZZSPAZZSPAZZSPAZZSPAZZ*
